This contest is open to Polar members and member dependents of all ages. Polar reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries, or entries that do not meet the criteria. By submitting a photo, you agree to release freely and voluntarily with full knowledge that you are forgoing any right to claim damages of any kind for the use of your photographic image by Polar. You agree that Polar is authorized to use your photographic image in their marketing materials.
