Field Technician
Polar Communications is looking for an experienced Field Technician to install, maintain, and repair voice and internet services for residential and business customers. This role works hands-on with fiber and network infrastructure, troubleshoots service issues on-site, and delivers outstanding face-to-face customer service. Ideal candidates are technically skilled, comfortable using electronic tools and devices, knowledgeable about local distribution networks, and enjoy working as part of a team.

IT Specialist
The IT Specialist helps keep Polar’s computer network running smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle tasks such as installing, maintaining, documenting, testing, and updating the network and related equipment. You’ll also work with our business customers to support their network, security, hardware, and software needs.

From its headquarters in Park River, North Dakota the organization provides services to more than 9,000 subscribers over more than 6,000 miles of fiber infrastructure. Polar delivers high-speed broadband, communication services, and technology solutions to a diverse and growing portion of the State. Due to an upcoming retirement, the organization is seeking a visionary leader to become an integral part of the leadership team and continue our proud history of success. The CEO will be responsible for all operations of the organization and will report directly to the Board of Directors.
