The Board of Directors of Polar Communications has appointed Dan Johnson of Hoople, North Dakota, to fill the District 2 director position.
Dan has been employed in the banking and insurance business for 26 years. He is the President of First United Insurance and Vice President of First United Bank in Hoople. He is an NDSU graduate with a degree in Agricultural Economics. Originally from Rolette, North Dakota, Dan and his wife have called Hoople home since 2010, where they raised their four children.
When asked what qualifies him to serve on the board, Dan states, “I have a genuine interest in seeing our rural communities succeed and prosper.” He hopes to help Polar continue as a long-term viable company.
