Polar Communications Board of Directors recently approved a donation to the Nelson County Park Board for playground equipment at Stump Lake Park. The new playground equipment will replace the worn existing one and will include elevated play areas, corkscrew climber, loop arch climber, wiggle ladder, chinning bar, hand-loop, double slide, spyro-slide, belt bridge, clatter bridge and firepole. They plan to install the equipment by early summer 2022.
