Polar Communications announced today they have hired Ashley Nordstrom as Human Resources Manager. Ashley will be responsible for strategic leadership and initiatives that promote accountability to the organization’s culture. She will develop, direct and coordinate human resources activities such as employment law, policy development, compensation, benefits, CWA contract, recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Ashley comes to Polar with over fourteen years’ HR experience previously working for Motor Coach Industries, Altru Hospital, and Target Corporation. She currently holds the College Relations Director position on the North Dakota State Human Resources Board and serves on the Pembina County Job Development Authority Board.
Ashley and her family live in Cavalier, North Dakota.
