Polar Communications announced today they have hired Chloe Nord as a Customer Service Representative. She will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries related to phone, TV, and broadband services. She will also assist with new services and billing questions.
Chloe is a member of the Army National Guard and has been for the past two years. She is also a member of the Grafton Volunteer Fire Department and works as an assistant figure skating coach. Prior to coming to Polar, Chloe worked at Marvin Windows and the ESP program at Century Elementary School, both in Grafton.
