The 2026 Annual Meeting of the members of Polar Communications will be held at the American Legion Coliseum in Park River, North Dakota, on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to act on the following matters:
- Receive and act upon reports of officers of the corporation on the operations of the previous fiscal year.
- Elect three directors.
- Report on by-law amendments.
- Transact such other business as may come before the meeting.
Pursuant to the by-laws, the following members will be placed on the ballot for election to the board of directors:
- District 1: Gordon Johnson
- District 2: Chris Nelson
- District 3: Lori Dahl
This year’s election is uncontested; therefore, a motion for unanimous consent will be requested at the meeting.
By-law Article III, Section 4, outlines that fifty (50) members are necessary to establish a quorum at the Annual Meeting.
