E-statement is a service Polar Communications provides that allows you to check your bill online. Not only can you view your bill, but you can sort it according to the numbers called, view the calls you’ve made that have not yet been billed, download your statement, and much more! E-statements from Polar Communications are easy to use, free of charge, and can be accessed through Polar Communications’ website at any time.

On Polar Communications’ web page, click on “PAY MY BILL”. Click “Register Here” and enter the appropriate information to create an account. Click on Create Login, and an e-mail will be sent to you to complete your registration.

Polar Communications’ E-statement services are password-protected. The only way another person could view your account is if you release your password.

Login to E-statement and then click on Change Profile. Follow the prompts to change your password.

Polar Communications allocates company profits to its patrons. Each year, there is a general retirement (payout) of these allocations. Capital credits are applied as a credit to the August bill. Patrons receiving $750 or more, as well as those with multiple accounts, will receive a check by mail. Capital credits may be paid in full at age 75 or to the estate of a deceased patron.

Polar Communications has returned nearly $30 million in capital credits to members since its founding in 1952.
